Overview
At Miki Bread, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. Because our products are perishable, handmade, and made-to-order, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of our items.
Perishable Goods
As our products are fresh-baked goods, they are classified as perishable items and are exempt from standard returns. We are unable to accept returns on food items for food safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to make it right by offering:
- A full refund
- A replacement order
- Store credit for a future purchase

Event Pre-Orders
For pre-orders placed ahead of events or markets:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation have already begun
- If you are unable to pick up your order, please arrange for someone else to collect it on your behalf
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
- Baked goods that have been partially or fully consumed
- Orders not picked up at the scheduled event or time (no-show)
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount (store credit only)
